about me

With over 20 years of experience as a business professional and a mom of teen children, I found myself wanting a hobby of my own. With my kids becoming more independent, I decided it was time to explore something I truly enjoy. I’ve always been fascinated by color analysis—I even had a class in high school where we tried to determine our own “seasons.”

Recently, I found myself wondering whether I’m more cool or warm, or if the season I determined at 16 was truly my season. 

Over the years I have struggled with hair color and makeup decisions and I wanted to find out for myself what truly looks best on me.  In my quest for answers, I dove headfirst into training to become a personal color analyst. I received a Color Analyst Advanced Diploma from the London College of Style and then took it even further by training under the Sci/ART method with Cate Linden and Terry Wildfong of Your Natural Design.

Learning about the 12-tonal system was exactly what I was looking for, and I’m thrilled to share my knowledge with others.
